Bovino
Bovino, in the province of Foggia, is part of "The most beautiful villages in Italy" club, Orange Flag of Italian Touring Club. Among the places to visit, Csatello and Duomo, built in the tenth century in Byzantine style and remodeled in the second half of the eleventh century in Romanesque style. It houses within it the sepulcher of the bishop Giustiniani, dating back to 1608, a Baroque choir from the early eighteenth century and a valuable painting depicting Saint Sebastian, attributed to Mattia Preti. Among archaeological monuments, the Cantine Cerrato, two underground areas belonging to a cistern of Roman era.
