Accadia

Located on Dauno Subappennino at 650 meters above sea level, Accadia develops around Fossi district, primitive seat of Municipality, which represents the place of greatest tourist interest and acts as a natural setting for various periodic cultural and musical events. Another important place is Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine, on Mount Crispignano, which every year attracts thousands of devotees from neighboring countries. In fact, the main festivities taking place in the village are linked to the cult of Madonna del Carmine. Places of interest are those related to nature, history and worship. Among these are Bosco Paduli and Pietra di Punta.
