Square Fish Market, near Porta Felice, was also "the Bocceria" (from French boucherie) because it also included a small building used for slaughtering cattle. It was built in 1874 and has a large porch with round arches and, at the center, a fountain depicting Aphrodite emerging from the sea. Recently restored, the Square is now used for cultural events.
