Built between 1924 and 1927 by architect Francesco La Grassa, the building is in Art Nouveau style: monumental facade is divided into a series of pointed arches in outline of the openings. The main entrance is preceded by a porch bordered by rectangular monolithic granite pillars. Inside, ceilings and windows take up outdoor decorations, with colorful swirls and floral elements.
