Palazzo Bevilacqua Costabili
Important historic palace located in Via Voltapaletto, hosted Bevilacqua family who moved from Verona to Ferrara on the occasion of the family wedding. Of great importance is the facade, adorned with niches depicting Roman emperors and decorations depicting military trophies. The work is attributed to Giovan Battista Aleotti, who always worked in Ferrara at Palazzo Bentivoglio, characterized by such a decorative apparatus. After long restorations the palace was returned to the city in 2006, where the classrooms and offices of Faculty of Economics at the University of Ferrara were located.
