Palazzo Maggi-Gambara (Sito UNESCO "Longobardi In Italia: i luoghi del potere")

Built by noble family Maggi, at the end of the twelfth century, on the ruins of ancient auditorium of Roman Theater, it became property of Gambara family in the seventeenth century and underwent a first modification, with the construction of a further frescoed building with portraits of ancient Romans and trophies of arms, and internal staircase decorated with frescoes and stuccos in gold. With the restoration of 2014, Palace and Roman Theater have been reopened to public and declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site, part of serial site "Longobardi in Italy: places of power".
