Magisano (Catanzaro)
Originally Magisano was called Vucisano because in this territory there were some herbs called vucissi. About 1200 some families moved here to escape the plague. Even Magisano, like Albi, was a tavern of Taverna, later was considered a fraction of Albi, and only in 1820 it became autonomous commune.
