Seat of Town Hall since 2015, it was the main building of homonymous family and its construction dates back to the late 16th century. Considered one of the earliest examples of civil architecture in Renaissance-style in L'Aquila, it was damaged first by the earthquake of 1703, then again in 2009, to be restored and reopened in 2014. The interior has some of the most important wooden ceilings in the city paintings by Giovan Paolo Cardone, pupil of Pompeo Cesura.
