It was commissioned in 1913 by Countess Barbara Tirelli as a town residence for her and her husband, Count Giuseppe Cassoli, on the design of Florentine architect Luigi Caldini and was completed in 1915. It is part of current Neoeclettica style. Of great visual impact is the facade with the tower giving via Don Zefirino Jodi, the merlatura and double and trifore windows .
