Piazza Ferruccio Nazionale (formerly "Square of the Palace") is the main town square in Ivrea, located in the ancient village. On the Square facing a former hospital, De Burgo, decommissioned in 1750 and replaced by the current Town Hall, designed by architect Giovanni Battista Borra, which binds to the high bell tower with clock. The Square is named after the partisan hanged here in 1944.
