It is one of the most impressive buildings in Cosenza (1927), both for the central role of public service, both as a meeting point between the old town and the new. A trapezoidal plant, is characterized by architectural elements of Classical inspiration. The indoor lounge, oval, presents and decorations frames inspired Neoclassical and Renaissance style, with fluted pilasters.
