Bread Museum is located in an old mill in the heart of the Medieval village just outside the center of Cerchiara, "City of Bread." It exposes the original tools related to the baking traditional process, which earned the bread of Cerchiara the mark of the Pollino National Park. It is unique in form and ability to remain fragrant and flavorful up to 15 days after leaving the oven. In the Museum we can appreciate the history of ancient civilization, valued as an economic engine of the country.
