Museo storico di Bergamo Novecento
The Section "Exhibitions" of the Historical Museum of Bergamo is located in the former Convent of San Francesco, a building of the thirteenth century, fine example of medieval architecture in two cloisters. The Chapter House and the other groups have frescoes of the fourteenth century, still partially visible. In '700, the building was used as a hospital and prison; then restored and owned by the City, was intended to elementary school. In addition to the Section "Exhibitions", also houses the offices of the Museum, archive, library and media library. Although this section of the Museum, like the others, is involved in educational activities for schools.
