Museo archeologico nazionale di Adria
The Museum illustrates the history of Adria, the port city from the beginning, through characteristic findings, including many fragments of Attic pottery with black and red figures, and bronze Etruscan pottery mainly attributable to the sixth and fifth centuries BC, the heyday of the port. The Hellenistic period is the so-called "Biga Tomb", an extraordinary burial of three horses with the remains of a metal cart with two wheels. As far as the Roman era, the glass of excellent quality marks the sign of prosperity of the place.
