Vimodrone (the ancient Modrone or Vico Modrone) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 14 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Milan. As of 30 April 2009, it had a population of about 16,000 on an area of 4.8 square kilometres (1.9 sq mi).
The municipality of Vimodrone contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Baiacucco, Cascina Crivella, villaggio Nord, and Villaggio S. Isidoro.
Vimodrone borders the following municipalities: Cologno Monzese, Cernusco sul Naviglio, Milan, Pioltello, Segrate.
