Venegono Superiore is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Varese. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,809 and an area of 6.9 square kilometres (2.7 sq mi).
The municipality of Venegono Superiore contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Martino, Pianasca, and Piambosco.
Venegono Superiore borders the following municipalities: Binago, Castiglione Olona, Vedano Olona, Venegono Inferiore.
Alenia Aeronautica has its head office in Venegono Superiore.
