Established in the thirties of the twentieth century, the museum bears witness to the history of the City Hall with frescoes that decorate the walls and most of the items stored there. It also contains a collection of paintings including paintings from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century, and nell'Anticappella sacred gold of the XII-XVII century as well as some wooden sculptures and antique furniture. A new layout of the museum was built in 1998.
