The success was so great that the entrepreneurs were forced, in 1908, to change the structure of the Theater to make it larger and luxurious: it was built a mezzanine for the Gallery and a real stage. In 1909, the Theater reopened completely renovated. Until after the Second World War, it was one of the undisputed comedy Roman Theatre, but the competition of film and television dictated its transformation into a cinema. In 1972, an intervention of recovery and revived as cabaret and revue, and for years it was called "Bagaglino", in honor of the satirical  company settled here.
