The Museum is located at the foot of the Norman Castle of Morano and exhibits wonderful natural history collections in single-issuesingle sections: Ornithology, Entomology, Malacology, etc. with particular reference to the animal and plant world of the Pollino area. The large dioramas are an effective way to explain the behavior of animals in nature, setting the focus on the concept of "natural finding" and its importance as a cultural heritage to be protected and enhanced.
