Triennale di Milano - Triennale design museum
Opened in 2007 in the home of the "Triennale of Milano" (Palace of Art), the Triennale Design Museum is the first museum of Italian design. It's a dynamic museum, which is renewed annually, offering visitors an original exhibition, able to adapt to ever new artistic themes. Four main sections: "Permanent Collection of Italian design", exposes the innovations that have made Italian design the most famous in the world; "DesignCafé", an exhibition of "chairs of Author" to view and test; "Giovanni Sacchi Collection" offers hundreds of designs studio of the famous designer; "The sign of the designer," collection of national and international drawings national. Among these, there are an educational section specifically designed for children, "TDMEducation", special projects, temporary exhibitions and activities of the Art Theatre and the Library.
