Designed by Francesco Barbaro and built by Cardillo brothers between 1928 and 1930, it looks like the Basilica of Superga, with its four column columns. The interior, circularly articulated on eight central columns on which rests a large dome with a lantern, carries a statue of Our Lady with a young Jesus attributed to Montorsoli's school; a marble statue of Addolorata and a bountiful baptismal font. The absidia were frescoed by De Pasquale with the depictions of Virgin Mary, Annunziata and the Nativity.
