Historical heart of the city built on pre-existing Roman buildings. Inside, on the main staircase you can admire frescoes from St. Domic's Church, among them a Pietà dating back to the end of the fourteenth century and Adoration of Magi. In Council Hall we can find important paintings: a table by Macrino d'Alba dating back to 1501, an altarpiece with Madonna and Child between Saints and Concerto attributed to Mattia Preti.
