Facsal is the path to a part of what is left of the old walls. Shaded by centuries-old planets and in a prominent position (being just placed on Renaissance city walls), it is a place for walks or rest on numerous benches that are scattered around. Part of istoric center (corso Vittorio Emanuele II) and arrives to Libertà Square, not far from the railway station. The name Facsal is a rumor of that of Vauxhall Gardens in London, gardens whose popularity at the beginning of the nineteenth century made it generic term to indicate also other tree-lined gardens.
