The Museum of Agricultural Science and Technology was organized between 1992 and 1996, using the findings, all dating from the late '800 and the first half of this century, which has been recovered from the ruins of the glorious Cabinet of Agriculture, Institute's dowry. The restoration work involved, under the direction of Prof. A. Casabona, students who experimenting with growing interest the "game", "unearthing", "recovery" and "conservation", have restored dignity to a historical evidencde destined to decay and return this heritage to the school and urban community. The material "restored", has a great historical and cultural interest and it is a proof of the development of agricultural technologies. It consists in: educational models (some awarded at the world exhibition in Melbourne, 1880); machinery and industrial; collections of seeds and fruits; different types of wood logs cut; herbaria, ancient texts and maps illustrative of agriculture; entomological boxes and teaching - illustrative of some agricultural and industrial production processes; ancient teaching of plastic accommodation of lands in the hill, mountain and plain, erboree planted with different types of farming.
