Building has mixed architectural forms: Baroque and Neoclassical. The facade on Duomo Square is formed by a lower order to a higher wall and rusticated, simpler, crowned by a tower-belvedere characterized by three arched windows. The building houses House-Museum dedicated to Giovanni Modica-Nicolaci.
