It is a building designed by Natale Masuccio and built starting in 1616. Upper level was completed only after the death of Masuccio and other designers did not respect his original design. Severely damaged by the earthquake of 1908 and restored in 1979, it is now used for cultural events, shows and exhibitions, particularly by using the sets of architectural courtyard and staircase.
