Eighteenth century building designed by anonymous author, is one of the few buildings survived the earthquake of 1908. A three orders, with maximum emphasis on the middle floor and a frame decorated with festoons and pinnacles on the windows. Palace is the only surviving example of stately building refers to the aristocracy of the city. The entrance is marked by a wrought iron gate that opens on the courtyard and stairs decorated with scenic and dynamic elements.
