Museo biblioteca "Francesco Antonio Marcucci"

The Museum Library is housed on the second floor of an eighteenth century palace built in Neoclassical style, seat of the Pious Workers of the Immaculate Conception (built by the will of Monsignor Marcucci, as the first girls' school in the city). In 1993 it opened an exhibition that includes, in addition to the collection of paintings, vestments and furnishings of the Marcucci family, also the frescoed chapel, a series of portraits and the Library with precious manuscripts. Some rooms of the Museum preserve the pews of the old school, with books and objects that recall the various activities of the Institute.
