Sant'Ambrogio di Torino (Piemontese: Sant Ambreus) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 25 km west of Turin.
Sant'Ambrogio di Torino borders the following municipalities: Caprie, Villar Dora, Chiusa di San Michele, Avigliana and Valgioie.
In the vicinity there is the monastery of Sacra di San Michele. Town sights include several medieval towers, the 13th century castle and walls, a Romanesque bell tower from the 12th century and remains of the 11th century church of San Pietro.
