Trieste Waterfront is a large wooded garden, car-length of about 1 km and a half, along the sea from Freedom Square to the marina. Its construction dates back to the early '50s, when it was also accomplished its southern end with "Masuccio Salernitano" marina and Sailor Monument in Concord Square. Large garden consists of three parallel paths separated by vast flower beds planted in palms, tamarisk trees, oaks, Aleppo pines, sycamores and other trees.
