Piazza Carducci, 1, Pietrasanta (Lucca)
Adjacent to the Pisa Gate, the only survivor of the three that served as access to the ancient village, the Rocchetta Arrighina was built by Castruccio Castracani in the fourteenth century and dedicated to his son Arrigo. In the fifteenth century it was rebuilt by Francione La Cecca. In the nineteenth century it underwent major renovations, with the construction of buildings and leaning against the opening of new windows on the ground floor.
