Oggiona con Santo Stefano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Varese. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,370 and an area of 2.7 square kilometres (1.0 sq mi).
Oggiona con Santo Stefano borders the following municipalities: Carnago, Cassano Magnago, Cavaria con Premezzo, Jerago con Orago, Solbiate Arno.
It is served by Cavaria-Oggiona-Jerago railway station.
