It was dedicated to the devotion of Geronimo d'Alarcon de Mendoza and his wife Lucrezia Puffo at the end of '600. Presbytery area, facing the main altar, is home to Pietro's remeins, ancestor of Marquis, on whose tombstone is engraved family coat of arms. The altar of Our Lady of Carmel belonged to Diego Pascaletti, father of painter Giuseppe, which is assigned the painting of Virgin.
