Museo alfieriano
Inside Alfieri Palace, building dates from the 13thcentury, Museum was reshaped in 1748 by Benedetto Alfieri and houses relics and memories by Asti writer Vittorio Alfieri. The building came to his family in the seventeenth century. Beyond small lobby opens a trapezoidal courtyard with high visual impact, on the left, the garden where is the plane soars of 1849. The main floor includes the apartments and Vittorio Alfieri's birth room, who lived in this house only up the age of five. In addition to Museum, Palace houses also Alfieri Studies Foundation Center and Eugenio Guglielminetti Foundation, which houses temporary exhibitions.
