Located in the north of the Monumental Cemetery of Pisa, the Chapel is famous for the altar representing the Assumption among Saints and Prophets, by Giovanni della Robbia (1518), and the lamp hanging from the ceiling, once located in Cathedral of Pisa, which, according to tradition, inspired Galileo Galilei theory about pendulum, after he saw her swing. The Chapel, closed by a gate, on the left communicates with the Ammannati Chapel.
