From the ancient ovens in the area, it remains only one, now a Didactic Museum of Bread. The lower floor of the building houses the real Museum, divided into two areas: the first are placed the cupboards (majille) for the mixture of flour and the creation of the loaves, and the boards that were used to make the dough rise and carry it in the oven; the second environment, includes a furnace proper, in brick and copper hood, rebuilt during the phases of restoration of the building. Upstairs, a detailed reconstruction of the typical baker's home.
