Teatro Guglielmi
The Municipal Guglielmi Theatre dates back to the nineteenth century. It hosts an annual season of drama theater and various training activities (initiatives and workshops aimed at schools, such as the "Children's theater"). The construction, dedicated to Pietro Alessandro Guglielmi, the most famous Massa musician, was passed in 1868, designed by Vincenzo Micheli. In 1886 the inauguration, with the representation "Maria di Rohan," by Gaetano Donizetti, staging for twelve consecutive nights. The season has not been interrupted, except for the years of the Second World War, when the city was built on the Gothic Line, and during the 2004/2005 season due to renovations.
