Uscio (Ligurian: Aosci) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,274 and an area of 9.6 square kilometres (3.7 sq mi).
The municipality of Uscio contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Calcinara and Terrile.
Uscio borders the following municipalities: Avegno, Lumarzo, Neirone, Sori, Tribogna.
