Lucca Sicula is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) south of Palermo and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Agrigento. Lucca Sicula borders the following municipalities: Bivona, Burgio, Calamonaci, Palazzo Adriano, Villafranca Sicula. It is located in the lower Verdura river valley, and is connected only through a twisting, poor provincial road. The main activity is agriculture, with production of olive oil and oranges.
