Frabosa Sottana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) south of Turin and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,462 and an area of 37.7 square kilometres (14.6 sq mi).
The municipality of Frabosa Sottana contains the frazione (subdivision) Prato Nevoso.
Frabosa Sottana borders the following municipalities: Frabosa Soprana, Magliano Alpi, Monastero di Vasco, Roccaforte Mondovì, and Villanova Mondovì.
