Bronte
Bronte extends to the western slopes of Etna Mount, part of Etna Park and Nebrodi Park. Among the main monuments and places of interest: Nelson Castle, dating back to 1174; Church of Annunciation, built in 1535; Capizzi College and Wood of Centorbi, an ancient oak grove on the western side of Etna Mount which, together with Forre, represents an important natural resource. Bronte is famous for the cultivation of Pistachio of Bronte DOC.
