Palazzo Loredan dell'Ambasciatore
Noble Loredan family residence, the Palace is the second XV. The name of the Ambassador is due to the fact that, during the doge Francesco Loredan, the structure was made available to the Austrian Embassy for nearly thirty years. In 1891, the Palace was largely destroyed by fire, but was quickly restored. It is currently a private residence of the Gaggia family. The building, in Gothic style, spread over three floors before, while behind increases by one, from a later period. The ground floor has a pointed portal and two levels of single windows small; the first floor shows an elegant loggia made up of four-light pointed arch and bordered by balustrades and columns; laterally two single lancet on each side, with the middle two figurative bas-reliefs with the emblem of the Loredan. The second floor has the same single-light, but centrally only repeats the four-light, no decorations.
