Where Piazza San Lorenzo, 2, Vicenza

St. Lowrece's Square is home to the nineteenth-century of monument to the poet Giacomo Zanella and Repeta Palace (headquarters of Bank of Italy), built between 1701 and 1711 by Francesco Muttoni. St. Lowrece's Church, which lies on the other side, is one of the most representative examples of sacred Gothic in the city, built by the minor Franciscan friars in the thirteenth century. Square, redeveloped with the furnishings and the building of a fountain with water features, is a youth meeting place.
