Corso Vittorio Emanuele is the city center and the main commercial street of the city. It connects historic center to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, where is the train station. the way was designed in 1914 on urban planning by Donzelli and Cavaccini architects. In 1987 it has been affected by an urban design project that turned it into pedestrian area paved in porphyry. At Christmas time it hosts some of the illuminations that make up famous exhibition Luci d'Artista.
