The Museum, unique in the world, was the first dedicated to a specific food product. Inside, it discovers how the wheat comes the pasta and what are the procedures used in drying and in the dough, both ancient artisan process that in modern industrial technology: from rudimentary machines like the first millstones, to modern mixers. It will also discover that the invention that has made possible the development of the pasta around the world, namely the creation of "dry pasta", is all Italian. The eleven exhibition halls, through the ears of wheat of different quality, and traces ago "savor" the story of our favorite food.
