Quarna Sopra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Verbania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 302 and an area of 9.5 square kilometres (3.7 sq mi).
Quarna Sopra borders the following municipalities: Germagno, Loreglia, Omegna, Quarna Sotto, Valstrona.
