Former Hhospital of Pieta is vanue of a Museum of Medicine, which houses many medical and surgical instruments of nineteenth and twentieth century. Another portion of Museum is located in the same Campailla Palace, where there is a precious Anatomy table (eighteenth century) which were drilled in dissections students of Medical School of Modica (XVII-XIX), famous throughout Sicily, and which had among its most illustrious founder Diego Matarazzo (1642-1702) and Tommaso Campailla.
