The Museo Pietro Annigoni arises from the acquisition by the Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze in agreement with the Parks Foundation Monumental Bardini and Peyron of a large part of the rich collection of works of art made by the artist that were owned by the children. It is about 6000 pieces including paintings, drawings, lithographs, etchings and sculptures that represent the highest concentration of materials relevant to the even broader artistic production of the painter originally from Milan.
