Casarza Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) southeast of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,276 and an area of 27.4 square kilometres (10.6 sq mi).
The municipality of Casarza Ligure contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bargonasco, Bargone, Cardini, Massasco, and Verici.
Casarza Ligure borders the following municipalities: Castiglione Chiavarese, Maissana, Moneglia, Ne, Sestri Levante.
