Galleria d’arte contemporanea "Osvaldo Licini"

The Contemporary Art Gallery "Osvaldo Licini", located within St. Augustine Cultural Centre, collects several works by important Italian artists as Fontana, Capogrossi, Vedova, Severini, Bompadre and especially the collection Celi-Hellstrom, full of paintings and drawings by Osvaldo Licini (1894-1958), one of the great masters of European Abstractionism. Among his most famous works, the "Amalasunte", the "Rebellious angels", the "Crosses living". The Gallery is also a center of culture that periodically hosts conferences and art classes. The Gallery houses a room dedicated to Tullio pericoli, where you can admire the drawings and preparatory cartoons for the "Garzanti Room".
